What we collect, and why

We only ask for what your order requires.

Your card details are never received or stored by us: they are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe.

We send no advertising, never sell or rent any data, and do no profiling.

Who has access

• BROCS EN STOCK (the manager), to prepare and ship your order;
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), for payment;
• La Poste — Colissimo or Mondial Relay, for delivery (name, address, phone);
• our technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting), Neon, Inc. (database hosted in the European Union), Resend (order e-mails).

Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies set are:

• bes_panier: keeps your basket for 7 days. Essential to the service you request, it does not require consent.
• on the payment page only, Stripe cookies, required for payment security and fraud prevention.
